The Challenge

The Collaborate module needed to move beyond simply explaining the value of teamwork. Emerging leaders needed opportunities to think through realistic workplace situations, consider different perspectives, and practice behaviors that support stronger collaboration across teams within Harris Health.

Outcome

The finished module created a more interactive and application-focused leadership learning experience. Rather than only telling leaders how to collaborate, the course gives them opportunities to practice decision-making, reflect on their behavior, and identify actions they can apply on the job. The design also contributed to a consistent framework that could support additional modules within the leadership series.
