My passion lies in transforming complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered designs, whether for digital learning, instructor-led training, or blended solutions.

As a current doctoral student in Applied Learning Sciences and a recent graduate with a Master’s in Learning, Technology, and Design, I bring a strong foundation in theory and a forward-thinking approach to instructional design. I also serve as a consultant, partnering with organizations to develop scalable learning strategies and workforce solutions that drive performance and equity.
